Please note that due to the current COVID-19 outbreak in New Brunswick we are currently limited in our ability to collect mail. As a result, we ask that, whenever possible, please contact us by phone or email, including sending us documents.
Members who work for the Government of New Brunswick (GNB) or the Regional Health Authority (RHA), you may use your work username and password to log into your SPD account. If you are a new employee of GNB or RHA, please ensure that you advise the Association of your work username, if you have not already done so. If your GNB or RHA username has changed since April 1st of last year, please inform the Association in order to have your SPD account re-activated.
Members who do not work for the government of New Brunswick (GNB), or the Regional Health authority (RHA), will first have to create an account with Service New Brunswick (SNB).
If you already created an account with SNB, you will need to use the username and password you created with Service New Brunswick in order to log into your SPD account OR use your existing SNB username and password to access your SPD account.
If it’s your first time creating your SNB account, please visit the following link. After you are finished, you will receive a 9-digit account number. Please inform the Association of this number in order for us to activate your SPD account.
Once your account has been activated, you will be able to log in to your SPD account and renew your membership online.
If you have a Service New Brunswick account and you have forgotten your password, visit this link and click on ‘Forgot Password’.
For additional assistance with your account, please contact SNB at: 1-888-832-2762.
