Through Thrive Atlantic Counselling, I offer supportive therapy for older adults and caregivers who are feeling stretched, stuck, or emotionally overwhelmed. My approach is flexible, grounded, and relational. I meet clients in their homes across the Greater Moncton Area, with virtual sessions available when needed. I focus on helping people process complex emotions, find clarity, and navigate change—whether related to caregiving, family dynamics, grief, or personal growth. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and human.
