The presenters will discuss the spectrum of youth justice approaches available in cases of bullying. They will also discuss their initiative, the “Bullying Intervention Framework Project”, which prevents and responds to bullying among youth in the City of Montreal, Quebec.

For their work on the Bullying Intervention Framework Project, the Minister of Justice presented Officers Christine Cayouette, Amélie St-Georges, Stéphanie Desjardins and Marilou Arseneault of neighborhood post 31 of the City of Montréal Police Services (SPVM) with the 2019 National Youth Justice Policing Award.
